Big news! Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore will be opening a Club here in Howard County. The Club will be located at Howard Community College. The age range for this club is 11-18 years old (middle and high school students). There are no eligibility requirements. The program is free- so it is first come, first serve!

The Maryland Corps/Service Year Option offers an opportunity for young people in Maryland to serve in various sectors across the state. These service roles will provide job training, an on-site mentor, and resources to be successful.

On Wednesday, May 1st all middle and high schools voted in the election for Student Member of the Board of Education between Antonio Clay-Hardy of Wilde Lake High School and James Obasiolu of Atholton High School. James Obasiolu won the election with the majority of votes cast.
