HCPSS Grab and Go Meals Howard County Government CARE Center's CARE Line for one-stop support for all other needs, focused on information and referral service for resources for children and families in Howard County. Call 410-313-CARE (410-313-2273), email children@howardcountymd.gov, or go to the website Food/Housing/Energy support: Howard County Community Action Council for the Howard County Food Bank, housing, and energy bill support FREE Roving Radish meal kits are available for families in need. If the family qualifies they will receive FOUR meals, each serving a family of four. This is a weekly program and families should call the CARE Line at 410-313-2273 (CARE) if they are in need and would like to participate. Health Insurance for uninsured Marylanders Maryland Health Connection opened a new Special Enrollment Period (through April 15) to uninsured Marylanders who need health coverage during the State of Emergency for Coronavirus (COVID-19). MISSION19 is set up to immediately respond to families in need of food, Rx, toiletries and household cleaning supplies. Welcome to the 2020-2021 School Year! While we will begin virtually, we are so excited to reconnect and see you all, even if from a distance!
