All HCPSS middle and high school students are welcome to join the Howard County Association of Student Councils (HCASC) on Wednesday (September 25th) from 7-8:30 PM at River Hill High School for the September General Assembly. At this meeting you will have the opportunity to share your experiences about cell phones in school and guide the school system's future decisions.  Your voice can make an impact!  An virtual option is also available on Google Meet with code: hcasc-ga.
